Reed Property Inspections would like to ensure the safety of our clients and inspectors during this Covid-19 crisis. We respectfully request that all clients, sellers, and agents vacate the home while the inspection is in progress.
We recognize that you may have been looking forward to attending the inspection in order to learn more about your new home, but please be assured that our reports are easy to read and comprehend and our findings include many supporting pictures. A phone call can also be scheduled after the inspection to discuss any findings.
Listing agents please ask your clients to vacate the premises for 3 hours unless another time span has been arranged for larger homes. If the sellers cannot leave the home, the inspection will need to be rescheduled to another time when the sellers are capable of leaving.
If the Shelter-in-Place Mandate becomes effective, then only UNOCCUPIED homes can be inspected. Occupied homes will need to be rescheduled to a time when the Governor or local governments deem safe.
